Research Topic:  A Novel Technology for Enhancing Bioavailability of Insoluble Bioactives

Yarden is a PhD (direct track) student, received her B.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude) in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology (2017). She joined Prof. Livney’s group in august 2016.

Research Topic: Exploring the structure-function relationship of recombinant milk proteins, toward the development of animal-free dairy products using an innovative approach of precision fermentation.

Stav received her B.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude) in Food Science from the Tel Hai Academic College (2018). She did her M.Sc under the supervision of Prof. Livney (2019-2021). Her M.sc research topic was: “Selective targeting of protein-containing prebiotics to probiotic bacteria in the colon”.
